At least lying down low in Alice Springs due to flu gave me the opportunity to  sew another napkin inspired by thoughts of home and our chooks.

4 down, 4 to go!  The aim is to reduce our use of paper napkins but I need to get over my reluctance to dirty these!

Without all the luxuries of home on board I traced my sketches, used a needle to punch holes in the tracing, placed the tracing on the fabric and went over it with an erasable pen.  Just enough of the pen got through the holes for me to then complete the drawing freehand.

Thankfully we’re now both improved enough to head to Curtin Springs tomorrow.
