Yesterday’s post was my second attempt at my design. The ink-wash background that I put on my first effort was a failure.

So I drew it afresh, and after hours failing to make a digital background posted it as it was.

On Day 4 I resurrected the first piece:

• Put down a second ink-wash
• Inked the outlines again
• Added words.

Now much improved!
